Playing the games
MonkeyAce provides free single-player browser games for entertainment. No account is required. Daily challenges have no cash value, and the site does not offer betting or cash prizes.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security, disrupt access for other visitors, introduce malicious code or use automated requests in a way that overloads the service.
Local saves and game results
Games, statistics and preferences are saved in your browser rather than a cloud account. They can be lost if you clear site data, change browsers or devices, use private browsing, or if storage is removed or unavailable. Keep this in mind when relying on saved progress.
Random deals are not guaranteed to be solvable. Hints suggest moves and do not promise a winning solution. Daily challenges use a date-based seed and are verified as solvable before play. Choose today or a past date in the calendar; today follows your device’s local date. Game numbers and deals are not claimed to be compatible with Microsoft Solitaire.
Availability and changes
The website is provided as available. Features, game rules as implemented and supported browsers may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or service changes. Offline play requires an initial completed online load and browser support.
Intellectual property and third-party materials
MonkeyAce branding and site materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Card artwork, textures, sounds and software components may be supplied under separate licenses. Microsoft and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. MonkeyAce is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MonkeyAce makes no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
